What will you do?
As Joint Foreman Sprayer, you will manage a team of professionals and actively work on the shop floor yourself. You are responsible for the safe and efficient execution of the painting process of the double deck trailers, according to an established schedule and within the agreed time and quality standards. You will report directly to the Paint Shop Foreman and ensure that the production process runs smoothly, with safety and efficiency always at the forefront.
- Together with the Foreman, you will be a point of contact within the paint shop.
- You regularly join consultations with planning, work preparation and production.
- You keep a close eye on the progress of actions and report on results.
- On complex works, you take the lead.
What do you bring?
- Extensive experience in the paint shop. Experience in body construction is a plus.
- Coaching skills in a production process.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental regulations.
- A keen eye for quality and improvement.
- A good command of the Dutch language.
